1 cup cool water milk with prepared powder
2 sweet onion biscuit + few salty peanuts
1 piece chicken strip + 1 piece chicken wing
3 sweet onion biscuit + 1  coconut onion biscuit
chicken snack bucket + few fries
1 cup cool water milk

Skincare = Fw/Retinol eye cream/Peptide serum/Lip mask/Gluta serum (H)/Toner(F)/Body cream (L)

Tooth brush = Afternoon & Night

16 June - Monday

Diet = 1 paratha with half spoon ghee & omlette + 1 coconut sweet onion
1 cup cool water milk with prepared powder
2 pc fried chicken with few masala fries

Skincare = Facewash/Serum/Retinol Eye cream/Lip Balm

Diet = Paratha/Srambled egg/fried chicken piece (Half)
