The Impact of a Voluntary First Step on Personal Growth

When Frustration Strikes from Nowhere Are you stuck in a state of constant irritability? Does it hit you out of nowhere, turning your day sour? Despite your best efforts, do you still find yourself unable to shake off this feeling? Perhaps you're struggling to get through the day without letting your bitterness affect others. One key factor you might be overlooking, and one that could be fueling your frustration, is the things you consistently do that you don’t want to do. Take a moment to sit back, ask yourself what those things are, and listen carefully when the answers come. Let’s start with something simple, like cooking. Maybe you despise it, yet you constantly blame yourself for not being a good mother, for being a bad cook, or for procrastinating. You might even criticize yourself for being irresponsible towards your household, family, health, or relationships. But have you ever stopped to consider that not everything is for everybody? By failing to accept this, you might be...

A Shapeless Art

Image
Let’s talk about family. I apologize. I don’t think I will be able to do that. B ut why? It's strange to say I don’t even know why. It's not like I haven't questioned this to myself for years, but every time I failed to find the answer. It’s like my mind goes completely blank when I think of the word "family". It feels as if someone inside me doesn’t want to talk about it. Maybe that part is scared. Maybe it doesn’t have the slightest clue. Maybe it’s just confused. There are a lot of maybes, making it difficult to understand it all. But what if there's nothing to be scared of? I'm not in a position to decide what's scary and what isn't. Living with trauma paralyzes you within. It feels like an internal shutdown, a complete freeze, and that's what makes me terrified and family-phobic. When the protectors become the rivals, life becomes a dirty game, and you can only survive if you know how to play along. Maybe hiding from reality became the onl...

The Writing Game (You vs You)

Image
An Idea Behind Catharsis Have you ever wondered why writing is important? What’s often left unsaid is that writing teaches you to confront and engage with your hidden self in a rational and meaningful way, forcing you to face the truths you might otherwise avoid. The phrase "The pen is mightier than the sword"  highlights the profound impact that words can have on oneself and others.   It cultivates a warrior within, equipping you to face the most damaging and self-sabotaging parts of your mind. Through act of writing you can shed light on your unorganized thoughts that cloud your mind. This process brings you clarity and helps you design well-formulated thinking. A powerful tool to discover yourself that is not yet manifested in front of you. It prepares you to engage in a fierce internal debate with your conflicting and unresolved pieces. Imagine holding a sword, defending yourself against every catastrophe brought on by your chaotic inner world.  Writing is an out...

Be A Benevolent But Not A Pushover

Image
People who are high in personality trait agreeableness are often seen as pushovers, but this trait can work in their favor in many situations. Women, in particular, tend to be more agreeable than men, which contributes to their compassion and empathy, especially toward infants. Imagine delivering a baby after months of restless days and nights, enduring countless bodily changes, and coping with a disrupted sleep cycle. You might even be diagnosed with postpartum depression, yet in the middle of the night, when your baby cries, you wake up to meet their needs. You don’t lash out in frustration or harm them despite the stress that could push someone to a dark place. Instead, you fulfill your motherly duties with remarkable strength and patience, as countless mothers have done throughout history, psychopaths aside. Agreeableness can be seen as a motherly trait, a strength in nurturing and care-giving. However, when you step into a world filled with malevolence, where snakes lurk in the ...

Mind Prison

Image
You walk into your room and notice it's cluttered with irrelevant, hoarded items—a complete disaster. But is it the house that's disorganized, or is it your mind? You sit in a well-ventilated room, yet you feel suffocated, as if you can’t breathe. Is it the room that's trapping you, or are you trapped in your own mind? You're in an air-conditioned room, yet your body burns like fire. Is your temperature really rising, or is it something inside you that's burning? You experience frequent, intense pain in different parts of your body without any diagnosis. You wonder what might be the cause. Is it a physical issue, or is your brain signaling emotional pain through your body? The world often separates objective reality from subjective experience, but that's a mistake. Your external existence and internal being are inseparable just like one lives in another. An unhealthy mind can have a profound impact on your physical health and surroundings. Those who shield thems...
